Terms of Use

Short and plain: what you get with Timeslide, how purchases work, and the few things that aren't allowed.

Who we are

Timeslide (the apps for iPhone, Android, Apple Watch and Mac, and this website) is made by 99 Francs Agency (“we”). Questions about these terms: sales@99francs.agency.

Using the app

You may use Timeslide for your own personal use. The app works without an account. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Purchases

Some features are part of Timeslide Pro or other optional purchases. They are sold through Google Play or the App Store, and payment, renewals and refunds follow that store's terms. What a purchase includes is shown on its screen in the app at the time you buy it. We may add, change or retire features in future versions.

Fair use

Please don't misuse Timeslide. In particular, don't:

• post ratings or reviews from multiple accounts, or reviews of the app from accounts that don't use it, or otherwise try to manipulate the app's ratings;
• tamper with the app, its purchases or our servers, or try to get paid features without paying for them;
• use the app or our support channels to harass us or other people.

When the app is misused

If an installation breaks these terms, we may restrict access to the app on that installation, including features received as a gift. This doesn't change your rights under the store's refund rules.

No warranty

Times, sunrise and sunset, and weather forecasts are calculated or come from third-party services and may be inaccurate. Timeslide is provided “as is”, without warranties, to the extent the law allows.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version.
